It is our belief that when Jesus issued the ‘Great Commission’, He intended for it to be effective until His return.
We believe that each local church has a part to fulfill in implementing that commission.
We believe that the fulfillment of that mission can only be accomplished when each local church is functioning as it should - and is doing so in cooperation with other local churches - for the entire will, plan and program of God to be manifest.
Part of what we desire to provide to the area includes youth ministry and retreats, women’s conferences and ministry, seminars on spiritual gifts and encouragement to prayer in addition to our disaster relief efforts.
We also want to provide links to area churches from our site to simplify endless searches.
It is our desire to lift up the Lord Jesus Christ in any way that we can and assist other churches and ministries in doing the same.
We value your insights and input. Please let us know how we can assist you and others.
We covet your prayers and Godly counsel.
Thank you, God bless you.

Our Mission

Here is a fishing boat that was sunk by Hurricane Katrina last year in Bayou LaBatre, Alabama. Picture taken August 16, 2006.

Here is the pastor of Bayou Wesleyan Church and some of his workers with our team unloading the trailer at their distribution center on the church grounds. They have been designated the official disaster relief point for the cities of Bayou LaBatre and Irvington, Alabama. They are still meeting the needs of 500 people that come to their center three times a week and several hundred more they go out to assist.

Please be in prayer for all of our ministries - especially for our disaster relief efforts at this time - it looks like we may be involved in this ministry for several years.
There seem to be lots of opportunities for disaster relief in our country lately. Perhaps God is lifting His had of protection a little to give us a wake-up call before He has to pour out His judgment on this nation for the church allowing sin to become rampant in our streets. Perhaps the church has not been the church - we have not tended to widows and orphans, we have not preached the gospel to the poor. We have abdicated our responsibilities to the Lord and to the world as laid out in scripture. We have allowed the government to perform the duties of the church and allowed the government to not do its job.
Ecclesiastes 8:11 says, “When the sentence for a crime is not quickly carried out, the hearts of the people
are filled with schemes to do wrong.”
